This friend of mine just got put on a diet to help fight off other toxins and the Candida Albicans. It"s a really strict one; no sugar, fruit, starch, etc. His question is he lifts weights. He"s used. What he is wondering is if Candida development can be affected by protein. He always thought protein was not bad for the immune system. He wants to understand what I think.

It"s been six months since my last chiropractic visit. Although I don"t do this entire routine every day of the week, I"ve been really happy with how little strain I have felt in my back since comprising a regular routine of stretching and strengthening my back muscles no less than three days a week.
